Cyber Software Engineer Senior Staff – DSP

Senior Staff Cyber Software Engineer for DSP in SIGINT development, onsite in King of Prussia, PA, leads the design and implementation of signal processing software and innovative processing approaches using MATLAB, C, C++, and Python in a cross-functional environment for Lockheed Martin.

Responsibilities

• Provide SIGINT development analytic support to optimize assigned customer access streams, ensuring effective signal processing and actionable intelligence.
• Evaluate module and model outputs from signals of interest to enable downstream processing and improve signal interpretation.
• Design and implement software modules in MATLAB or equivalent design suites to process signals of interest, meeting performance and accuracy requirements.
• Develop novel methods to repurpose COTS and GOTS systems to create processing solutions beyond their original use, optimizing resource utilization.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and analysts to capture requirements and ensure successful integration of software modules into broader systems.
• Document design processes, algorithms, and software implementations thoroughly to support knowledge transfer and project continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with 20+ years of professional experience; recognized as an expert in the field.
• Demonstrates all capabilities defined by the GG SOW Appendix B for the USG standard SWE labor category level 3.
• Must possess the requisite security clearance and polygraph to apply.
• U.S. citizenship is required; TS/SCI security clearance is required.
