Job Description
Chicago, IL (onsite) opportunity for a Data Engineer / Analytics Developer focused on data pipelines, analytics dashboards, and full-stack web applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy automated data pipelines to ingest, transform, and clean complex datasets
- Use Python and SQL to automate processing and improve overall system performance
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications and user interfaces, including AI model integration, using modern frameworks such as Next.js and Prisma
- Execute technical implementation for enterprise SaaS projects
- Manage integration across multiple platforms to ensure reliable data flow and consistent functionality
- Build and maintain high-performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, supporting accurate operational reporting and real-time performance tracking
- Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle: user-acceptance testing, system cutover, production deployment, and post-launch troubleshooting (Hypercare)
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong programming skills in Python for scripting and data manipulation
- Advanced SQL skills including advanced queries, stored procedures, and data modeling
- Hands-on full-stack development experience with Next.js and Prisma
- Experience integrating LLMs, including Google Gemini
- Expert knowledge of Excel for Power Query and Pivot and building automated ETL workflows
- Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and visual analytics
