Data Engineer on the AWS Kumo team in Bellevue, WA (onsite), focused on building and improving data architecture, data quality, and data availability to enable advanced analytics and better AWS Support outcomes, with a salary range of USD 132,100 to 178,800 per year.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine the data architecture, data quality controls, and data availability monitoring to support analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to deploy advanced analytics on rich datasets, including statistical analysis, prediction, clustering, and machine learning.
• Partner with business analysts across teams to formulate and test hypotheses aimed at enhancing the AWS Support business outcomes.
• Improve ongoing reporting and analysis workflows to simplify self-service insights for customers.
• Stay current with big data technologies and run pilots to design scalable data architectures for growing customer experience data on AWS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
