Electrical Project Engineer

Enercon Services, Inc. invites an Electrical Project Engineer to join its Energy Group in a hands-on, onsite role in Kennesaw, GA. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary design, manage client relationships, and steer project execution for power facilities, with opportunities to develop proposals and drive growth across multiple U.S. locations. This position emphasizes leadership, technical coordination, and value creation for clients and projects alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary design teams to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring high quality and meaningful outcomes
• Collaborate with technical staff to craft technically rigorous proposals and coordinate activities across disciplines
• Plan and execute projects with precision to meet schedule and budget targets
• Monitor project finances, provide clear performance insights, and strive for optimal outcomes at every stage
• Engage clients and maintain strong relationships, serving as the trusted liaison to guide projects to successful outcomes
• Identify growth opportunities, shape compelling proposals, and support continued business development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
• Design engineering experience with modification and implementation processes, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the power industry as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager
• Experience estimating engineering hours and mentoring team members preferred
• Professional Engineer licensure strongly preferred
• Ability to understand and work with budgets and accounting processes
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
• Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel 10% of the time; travel duration may vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on project and client needs
