Lead Engineer

Lead Engineer role in Allentown, PA focusing on installing and servicing Rocateq’s Checkout Security system, training engineers, and delivering successful installations.

Responsibilities

• Install Checkout Security systems, including wireless transmitters, internet connectivity, wireless signal tuning, and dashboard and CCTV connections
• Produce accurate ‘As Built’ drawings
• Train and coach new and existing engineers on Rocateq best practices and standards to ensure consistency across installations and services
• Manage adherence to industry and technical standards to ensure compliance and safety
• Monitor project progress and apply data-driven decisions to optimize efficiencies and processes
• Stay current with technological advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into engineering processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of radio transmission systems, IoT, and WiFi
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• Engineering: 1 year (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid Driver's License (Required)

Travel

• Willingness to travel 100% (Required)

• Salary: USD 75,000 - 125,000 per year
