Job Description
Medica Services Company LLC is seeking a Mac Help Desk Level 2/IT Support Engineer I on-site in Minnetonka, MN, with a salary range of USD 56,600 to 97,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Mac-related issues and provide Mac-focused training to fellow Tech team members
- Perform cable management tasks, including climbing under desks to verify correct connections
- Troubleshoot printers, phones, and computer hardware such as monitors, keyboards, mice, and audio equipment
- Guide users through laptop issues, from simple to complex
- Participate in weekly orientation to assist new hires with setup
- Assist with hardware setup, deployments, and moves
- Relocate computers and related hardware between the 301 and 401 buildings and arrange shipping to remote staff
- Collect, catalog, and inventory physical equipment
- Enforce security access protocols and maintain compliant access control
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a technical role
- Mac technical support expertise
- Physical requirements: ability to lift 10-15 pounds regularly; capable of extensive walking, standing, and kneeling to install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, cabling, and AV equipment; comfortable handling tools in diverse environments
