Job Description
Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Python Software Engineer at Level 2 or Level 3 to join its Aurora, Colorado team. The role emphasizes Python development with Rust experience in an Agile, Linux-based environment and requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Requirements
- Level 2: Bachelor's degree in science with 2+ years of software development experience; 0+ years with a Master's; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Level 3: Bachelor's degree in science with 5+ years of software development experience; 3+ years with a Master's; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of application.
- Experience with Rust.
- Thorough understanding of the Python programming language.
- Familiarity with version control using Git and workflows on platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Demonstrated success with Agile processes.
- Experience with Linux.
- Firm understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Travel: 10% of the Time.

Compensation
Salary: USD 91,800 - 171,000 per year.
