Refrigeration Engineer – Revit

Overview

A direct-hire Refrigeration Engineer – Revit role with a busy consulting engineering firm. Based in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, the position offers a robust benefits package including ESOP, a hybrid work schedule with three remote days per week, a 401K plan with a 25 percent company match up to 15 percent of salary, employer-paid short-term and long-term disability, and employer-paid 75 percent of health, dental, and vision premiums.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with team members and clients to deliver refrigeration system designs.
• Design refrigeration systems that meet project requirements and applicable codes and standards.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with Mechanical Engineering preferred, required.
• Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Refrigeration design engineering experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one preferred.

Salary

Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year.
