Structural Engineer – building envelope/restoration

Direct-hire Structural Engineer role in Minneapolis focused on building envelope projects, restoration, and structural system design.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design structural systems including concrete, structural steel, and concrete masonry
• Coordinate technical execution while supporting overall project delivery from start through completion
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to advance design and project execution
• Oversee budgets and schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as a key client contact for project needs and coordination
• Perform construction administration duties through project completion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Design experience with steel, concrete, masonry, or wood framing systems
• Restoration and/or industrial design experience preferred
• Ability to perform on-site field observation
• Ability to bring in work is a plus

Compensation

• USD 100,000 - 130,000 per year
• $100–130K + bonus
