Senior Design Engineer

This Senior Design Engineer position in Minneapolis, Minnesota places you on a 100% onsite engineering team within Link Technical Talent LTD. The role centers on end-to-end ownership for complex electronic and semiconductor product development, with hands-on exposure across design, verification, testing, and manufacturing through to production.

Working alongside a senior group of approximately 12–14 engineers on a Monday–Friday schedule, you will contribute to high-reliability hardware spanning PCB and semiconductor workflows depending on your background.

Role Overview

• Own delivery across the full development lifecycle for complex electronic and semiconductor products
• Contribute to design work spanning custom silicon (ASIC/semiconductor) or high-performance PCB, aligned to your technical experience
• Join a senior engineering team of approximately 12–14 engineers operating 100% onsite in Minneapolis

Required Experience

• Senior Design Engineer experience with PCB, electronics, custom silicon, ASIC, SoC, IC, or semiconductor design
• Strong design background with exposure to testing, verification, manufacturing, or the wider product development lifecycle
• Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or other high-reliability electronics environments is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: USD 140,000–180,000 per year
