Senior Software Engineer

Build customer-focused software in a fully on-site role in Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 6+ years of programming experience.
• 1+ years working with a relational database such as SQL Server or Postgres.
• 1+ years working with web applications.
• 6+ months working with Claude Code or a similar tool.
• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation

• Base salary: USD 135,000 - 180,000 per year.
• Additional note: Base salary also listed as $130-$170 K with profit-sharing eligibility.
• Profit sharing: Annual profit-sharing eligibility.
