Senior Software Engineer, Core Infrastructure

As a Senior Software Engineer in Core Infrastructure, you will build the provisioning and firmware automation needed to move complex hardware platforms into production at OCI scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain provisioning, firmware-management, and hardware lifecycle services.
• Support qualification and on-boarding of new platforms including servers, GPUs, NICs, SmartNICs, and storage.
• Create automation for firmware validation, metadata generation, compliance checks, and deployment readiness.
• Investigate and resolve production issues spanning provisioning, firmware, and hardware-management systems.
• Enhance service reliability, scalability, and operational documentation.
• Provide on-call support for customer fleet issues in OCI data centers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, production-ready hardware launches.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, on-call support, and post-incident improvement efforts.
