Senior Structural Engineer (High Tech Sector)

HireOTS is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead water and wastewater projects from its Phoenix, AZ office. This onsite role combines advanced structural analysis with regional project leadership across the Mid-West Region, mentoring engineers and delivering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal infrastructure, with a salary range of USD 130,000 to 165,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis for water and wastewater municipal projects
• Manage Structural Engineering responsibilities of Water/Wastewater projects across the Mid-West Region
• Mentor junior and mid-level Structural Engineers
• Prepare reports, develop plans, and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates for various Structural projects
• Makes site visits to observe during construction and operation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
• Registration as a Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer
• 10+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer
• Strong design experience of Steel, Masonry, & Concrete structures
• Extensive experience with medium and large-scale water/wastewater municipal and industrial projects
• Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (+) or PhD in Structural Engineering (+)
