Signal Integrity Engineer Lead
Job Description
This role supports Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville with a hands-on, lab-focused Signal Integrity (SI) testing and validation effort. You will lead measurement activities to confirm technical feasibility and quality while partnering across teams to keep projects aligned with deadlines, budget constraints, and technical excellence standards.
As an experienced SI Lead, you will make key technical decisions, mentor engineers, and improve how testing is executed across the enterprise, with a strong focus on reliable measurement and repeatable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform hands-on SI validation and root-cause analysis in a lab environment, with attention to technical rigor and timely delivery.
- Standardize and upgrade test methodologies, reporting practices, and measurement quality metrics across teams and projects.
- Improve enterprise-wide measurement processes by advocating for best practices in lab testing.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers, supporting a culture of learning, problem-solving, and technical excellence.
- Drive measurement–simulation correlation improvements and help institutionalize consistent, reliable testing standards.
- Approve major test plans and acceptance criteria to support cross-lab repeatability and high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain traceability of equipment, setups, and data using approved systems to support project integrity and compliance.
- Author clear technical documentation and validation summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to influence project direction, resolve technical challenges, and meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Signal Integrity, including experience in a high-speed electrical test environment.
- Expert experience with SI instrumentation and test automation, including the ability to standardize methods across teams.
- Expert experience applying DOE and statistical analysis to improve test confidence and throughput.
- BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related; MS preferred.

Compensation and Location
- Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (onsite)
- Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 per yearly
