Job Description

This full stack software engineering role focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions from concept to production in a fast, agile environment at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy software and systems from vision to production-ready state in an agile setting
  • Develop end-to-end solutions, addressing complex problems with modern architectural approaches
  • Pursue ongoing learning of new tools and techniques and identify opportunities for system improvements
  • Collaborate with clients to tackle challenging challenges using current technologies, tools, and architectures
  • Ensure solutions align with the current architecture and operating environment while enabling future functionality and enhancements

Requirements

  • 2+ years designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
  • 2+ years of software development experience with common programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
  • Experience writing source code for new applications or enhancing code samples for existing applications
  • Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
  • Experience solving complex problems within a collaborative team environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree
  • Location: Beavercreek, OH (onsite)

Work Model

  • Remote: may require in-person work at Booz Allen or a client facility on occasion
  • Hybrid: frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with possible visits to client facilities as needed
  • Onsite: primarily perform work at a Booz Allen office or client facility, collaborating with colleagues and customers

Clearance

  • Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required

Compensation

  • Projected salary range: $69,300 to $158,000 USD per year
  • Compensation determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, experience, and contract-specific considerations
  • Posting closes within 90 days of the posting date

Identity Verification

  • Identity verification using biometrics and AI to ensure authenticity and prevent fraud
  • Interviews and assessments conducted on camera
  • Right to capture a photo for identity verification purposes

Candidate AI Usage Policy

  • AI tools are part of daily work but their use during interviews is prohibited unless explicitly permitted
