Software Engineer II
Job Description
Use your C# and data skills to design, build, verify, and deliver software features that move into production in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete product technical design and prototyping, including software development, bug verification, and resolution using Visual Studio with C#
- Perform system analysis and programming tasks that may require research using debugging and SQL database scripting
- Provide task and project effort updates and estimates using DevOps and Git
- Support timely, high-quality software delivery into production in collaboration with the QA team
- Develop and test applications based on business requirements and industry best practices
- Work with the customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 18 months of object-oriented programming experience
- Hands-on experience with autonomous AI agents and LLM orchestration

Hybrid role requirements
- At least 1 day per week in the Springfield, MO office (or Birmingham, AL office)
- Onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required for identity verification, regardless of location
Compensation
- USD 60,000 - 77,000 per year
- Target range: $60,000-$77,000, depending on experience and location
