Job Description
Senior Software Engineer (HMI Lead) role in Fort Worth, TX, leading the OmniView team within C4ISR Ground Systems Applications to develop, integrate, and test software for Advanced Development Programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of software solutions for C4ISR, guiding the full software lifecycle.
- Oversee requirements generation, system and software design and implementation, integration and flight test, and adjudication of change requests as software is updated and integrated.
- Coordinate integration activities across diverse host systems, including live assets, simulations, and laboratory environments that include constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system simulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, math, or a technical discipline
- Experience programming in C, C++, C#, and/or Java
- Active TS clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Interim Secret clearance required to start

Work Schedules
