Job Description

Lockheed Martin's Sensor Fusion team in Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to prototype and integrate AI/ML enabled applications and algorithms, and to develop Combat Identification solutions for advanced fighters. The role involves collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to bring these capabilities to life across next-generation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype and integrate applications and algorithms spanning AI/ML, information fusion, and electronic warfare using C++, C#, and Python.
  • Develop and integrate Combat Identification solutions into the world's most advanced fighters.
  • Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams to turn concepts into deployable capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field).
  • Experience with large codebases and modern software tools (Git, CI/CD).
  • Experience with one or more programming languages (C++, C#, Python).
  • Experience with software development and testing (unit and system).
  • Professional experience implementing AI/ML algorithms using common frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).

  • Front-end and back-end development experience
  • Sensor fusion, radar, electronic warfare, and/or signal processing
