- Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 per year
- Minimum experience: 10 years

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to deliver HVAC, plumbing, and limited fire protection design work, studies, and technical support as needed to meet project goals.
- Conduct field work, contribute to design efforts, and provide construction administration for typical projects.
- Perform quality reviews and ensure code compliance across project deliverables.
- Apply proficiency in AutoCADD and Revit to support design tasks.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, mentor junior engineers, and help cultivate new business opportunities.
- Potential to transition into an office mechanical leadership role.
- Lead and supervise mechanical engineers to develop concepts, strategies, construction documents, and engineering reports for new or renovated buildings.
- Provide technical leadership for multi-disciplinary design efforts covering HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and limited fire protection.
- Interact directly with clients to analyze design options, compare costs and benefits, and communicate results to support owner decisions and maintain relationships.
- Direct the mechanical project team to meet project goals and deliver high-quality work products.
- Coordinate projects with electrical and other multi-disciplinary teams.
Requirements
- At least ten years of experience with a professional A/E services firm is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
- New York Professional Engineer license is preferred or the ability to obtain one.
- Knowledge of AutoCADD and/or Revit is preferred.
