- Provide monitoring and alerting for AI services and support incident response and runbooks.
- Partner with AEP and platform engineers on data access, environments, and releases.
- Train and enable Marketing and IT team members to adopt AI effectively and responsibly.
Requirements

- 5+ years of software or data engineering experience, including 2+ years taking LLM or ML solutions to production.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, tool calling, and orchestration.
- Familiarity with the marketing business domain in the Hi-Tech industry.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector or hybrid search, and ML-based entity resolution, classification, or scoring.
- Experience with evaluation methods, prompt and model versioning, and production monitoring.
- Strong Python and SQL, plus TypeScript/JavaScript or Java, and experience building RESTful APIs.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation data models (leads, contacts, accounts) in Salesforce and Marketo.
- Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS or Azure), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and GitHub.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and responsible AI practices.
