Job Description

LTM is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with strong Microsoft Power Platform knowledge to support applications and troubleshoot low-code solutions in a customer-facing environment. This onsite role in Bellevue, WA focuses on Power Apps, Power Automate (including Power Automate for Desktop), and AI-enabled experiences.

Role Summary

Provide application support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions, including development and automation support activities. The position includes work across Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop automation), Microsoft Dataverse, and Copilot Studio capabilities, with responsibilities that require clear customer communication.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including business process automation across services and applications.
  • Assist with building low-code or no-code applications such as canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals.
  • Develop and troubleshoot automation workflows, including cloud flows and Power Automate for Desktop (PAD) workflows.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using connectors, APIs, and data gateways, including on-premises data gateways where applicable.
  • Extend Power Platform capabilities using custom connectors, plugins, JavaScript, and Azure Functions.
  • Implement and support security, including role-based security permissions, and help ensure compliance controls within Power Platform environments.
  • Apply understanding of governance and administration topics, including awareness of data loss prevention (DLP) policies and administrative controls.
  • Support conversational and AI-driven experiences by working with Copilot Studio, including building copilots or agents using generative AI capabilities.
  • Manage environment and release needs using DevOps and ALM practices, including solution lifecycle management, version control, and change deployment.
  • Support PAD machine setup activities, including machine setup, installation, and configuration.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Good hands-on experience with CRM or enterprise application platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or related technologies.
  • Experience in SaaS product support involving web frontend development or quality assurance.
  • Working knowledge of C and Python.
  • Understanding of database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Experience in a customer-facing service or support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills demonstrated through work experience.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability using available tools and resources.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts outside local business hours and to cover a weekend day when required based on business needs.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dataverse bot frameworks and experience building copilots or agents using generative AI capabilities.

Power Platform Focus Areas

  • Power Apps: Build custom business applications using canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals using low-code or no-code approaches.
  • Copilot Studio: Build conversational agents and AI-driven support experiences, including integration with Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Teams, and third-party applications; SSO is preferred.
  • Microsoft Dataverse: Dataverse data modeling including tables and relationships, used as a core data source for Power Platform applications.
  • Customization and configuration: Customize user interfaces, business rules, forms, and views to meet business requirements.
  • Power Automate: Build cloud flows and business process automation across services and applications.
  • Advanced automation components: Hands-on work with custom connectors, on-premises data gateways, and dataflows.
  • Copilot and governance: Awareness of Copilot capabilities in Power Automate and knowledge of DLP policies, governance, and administrative controls.
  • Copilot Studio administration: Exposure to publishing and administration, including integration of agents created using Copilot Studio.
  • Power Automate for Desktop (PAD): Build desktop automation workflows, including machine setup, installation, and configuration.

Compensation

USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year.
