Structural Engineer role with an architectural focus, supporting projects across Colorado through in-person collaboration.

Design and analyze structural systems for architectural projects
Work with architects and project teams to integrate structural solutions into the overall design
Verify structural compliance with applicable codes and standards
Support project timelines by managing deliverables and maintaining clear communication with team members
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including structural designs, calculations, and project notes

Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
Proven structural engineering experience, with emphasis on residential and commercial projects
Working familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit, plus Enscape
Strong technical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to evaluate impacts of design decisions
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a flexible work environment
Initiative to ask questions, take thorough notes, and think ahead during project execution
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado (preferred)
Relocation requirement: Durango, CO 81301 (relocate before starting work) (required)
