Job Description
Associate Design and Analysis Engineer on Boeing BT&E ASIT team in Missouri, focusing on developing integration test assets, real-time software test environments, and hardware/software testing and validation in simulation labs.
Responsibilities
- Develop electrical schematics and designs for cabling, test hardware, and test stations
- Select components for hardware designs and support procurement and fabrication of hardware
- Integrate hardware systems and software in a test setting
- Operate complex test stations, electronic test equipment, and test software
- Test and validate to ensure designs meet operational and functional requirements
- Resolve issues with fielded hardware and software across the product lifecycle
Requirements
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required (U.S. Citizenship required). An active clearance within the past 24 months is considered active
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering with focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent directly related to the work statement
- 1+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting electronics and electrical systems
- Experience reading, interpreting, and generating electrical schematics and technical specifications
