AWS and AI Engineer

Infosys is looking for an AWS and AI Engineer (Technology Consultant 2) in Raleigh, NC to support the delivery of software applications through end-to-end SDLC execution. In this onsite role, you will contribute to requirements documentation, design and implementation, testing and production support, and the training and documentation needed to enable smooth adoption.

You will work as part of a team that values clear communication and reliable engineering practices, helping translate complex business needs into implementable development work while maintaining system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support requirements elicitation by documenting assigned portions of business requirements according to provided guidance.
• Contribute to application design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team toward software solutions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications with a focus on maintaining stability.
• Perform code reviews, apply changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
• Develop test strategies, analyze test results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to support transition to new applications.
• Participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to strengthen the knowledge base for related projects.
