Business Development Partner | Architecture, Engineering & Construction

Abacus Construction Services has been helping residential and commercial clients complete projects across Central Florida since 2006. As a Business Development Partner (independent contractor) working onsite in Winter Springs, FL, you will help connect clients with a full project team spanning planning, architectural design, engineering, permitting, and construction. Compensation is commission-only, with unlimited earning potential, a flexible schedule, and no sales quotas or commission cap.

What you’ll do

• Generate new business opportunities throughout Central Florida.
• Build relationships with property owners, investors, Realtors®, contractors, architects, developers, and business owners.
• Spot projects that may require planning, architectural design, engineering, permitting, or construction services.
• Schedule meetings between prospective clients and Abacus’ professional team.
• Maintain long-term relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
• Represent Abacus Construction Services with professionalism and integrity.

Compensation and working arrangement

• Commission: Earn 5% commission on every project that is contracted and paid by the client, according to the company’s commission policy.
• Unlimited earning potential with no sales quotas and no commission cap.
• Job type: Contract / Independent Contractor (1099).
• Schedule: Flexible.
• Travel: Local travel within Central Florida.
• Work location: In person (Winter Springs, FL).
• Pay: From $12.00 per hour (listed pay).
• Travel/availability note: Local travel within Central Florida.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, real estate, construction, architecture, engineering, or business development (preferred but not required).
