Embedded Software Engineer

Synerfac Technical Staffing is supporting a manufacturing client in Aberdeen, NC, seeking an Embedded Software Engineer with hands-on experience bringing software to life inside hardware devices. In this role, you will develop embedded software, support integration with hardware components, and troubleshoot existing software to keep systems running reliably.

This onsite position focuses on both building and maintaining embedded program functionality, including coding, selecting the components needed for the hardware being developed, and diagnosing issues when problems arise.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software programs embedded in hardware devices
• Perform coding to support embedded functionality
• Select specific components needed for the hardware being developed
• Troubleshoot and fix issues in existing software when needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Embedded Software design
• Experience integrating software with hardware components
• Experience debugging systems with issues
• C/C++ experience

Preferred Qualification

• Customer facing experience (plus)

Location and Pay

• Location: Aberdeen, NC (onsite)
• Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 per year
