Job Description

Embedded Software Engineer role at Lockheed Martin in Grand Prairie, TX, on-site, focused on developing and maintaining embedded and desktop software for sensor emulation on a multi-core system. The position requires hands-on experience with C/C++, Linux, and United States citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Description

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Software Engineer in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will develop and maintain embedded software applications and/or desktop applications. Tasks will involve requirement, design, code, test, and integrate software for an embedded multi-core system as well as desktop computer applications for emulation of sensors and countermeasures. The successful candidate will have training in C/C++, prior experience in GUI development, experience with Linux.

Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week to condensed schedules that provide more time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
