Embedded Software Engineer / Embedded / C++
Job Description
This role centers on developing embedded C++ software for sensor-driven programs within an Agile environment, with onsite work at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain embedded software components for sensor-driven applications.
- Incorporate algorithms into C and C++ software modules.
- Plan, execute, and coordinate software development activities across the project team.
- Design, implement, document, test, and debug software that applies logical and mathematical solutions to mission-related questions using data processing methods.
- Utilize knowledge of hardware, software, domain specifics, and user input to guide software development for business and mission needs.
- Identify and fix program defects, prepare operating instructions, document development work, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions about intent, outputs, inputs, techniques, and controls.
