Responsibilities
- Resolve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment.
- Develop software and systems from concept through production readiness.
- Learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements.
- Help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience with software engineering using Rust, C, C++, or Python.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience working within a CI/CD pipeline.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted software development tools and practices such as code copilots, automated tests, or secure-by-design patterns.
- Ability to effectively communicate, work independently and collaboratively on a cross-functional team, and demonstrate initiative to complete complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.

Compensation
The projected annual salary range is USD 52,900 to 108,000. Final compensation is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
