Job Description
Pariveda is hiring an Entry-Level Software Engineer to join small project teams where collaboration with Pariveda employees and client partners supports delivery of real business solutions. This hybrid role includes mentorship, a structured career path, and exposure to a range of modern engineering domains.

USD 79,800 - 91,800 per year
Role Responsibilities
- Work as a Pariveda Consultant in small teams, collaborating with Pariveda employees and partnering with clients to solve real business challenges.
- Develop your career with a dedicated mentor and a clearly defined career path, including reviews every 6 months and eligibility for promotion every 12 months.
- Build leadership through hands-on learning across the software lifecycle, including estimating, gathering requirements, developing, testing, managing projects, architecting, and delivering solutions.
- Explore a broad technology stack across cloud, data engineering, DevOps, and AI/GenAI, including Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Apply data engineering practices using Databricks and PySpark, and DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform.
- Build AI and Generative AI solutions using RAG, LLMs on Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks such as LangChain.
- Develop in Python, Java, SQL, JavaScript, and .NET, with exposure to modern web technologies including React and Angular.
- Use AI strategically to enhance client solutions by streamlining development, uncovering insights, accelerating delivery, and clearly communicating value, limitations, and ethical use to clients and stakeholders.
- Improve professional communication by creating and presenting findings, solutions, and demos to audiences that may include senior executives and stakeholders.
- Participate in a hybrid work model.
