Evening Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Sunridge Hotel Group is seeking an Evening Hotel Maintenance Engineer for an onsite role at The Residence Inn by Marriott Sedona in Sedona, AZ. This position focuses on keeping the property running smoothly during evening and weekend hours through preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

As part of the evening hotel team, you will support guest experiences by addressing maintenance needs across hotel and guestroom areas while following Sunridge standards, safety procedures, and established hotel policies.

Role & Location

• Location: Sedona, AZ 86336 (onsite)
• Schedule: Evenings and weekends
• Work type: Full time or part time hours available (weekend availability is a must)

Compensation

• Hourly pay: USD 19 to 20 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the hotel in accordance with Sunridge standards by completing preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
• Provide value added service to customers by taking whatever reasonable and possible actions help meet or exceed customer expectations
• Handle difficult situations effectively
• Understand and implement preventative maintenance practices
• Repair and maintain all hotel and guestroom areas
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
• Attend work on time as scheduled
• Follow hotel grooming and dress standards
• Minimize safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures
• Project a favorable image of Sunridge and the hotel to the public at all times
• Complete other ancillary and related duties as assigned by supervisors and/or the General Manager

• Maintain all areas of the hotel in accordance with Sunridge standards by performing preventative maintenance and repairs as necessary

Requirements

• Prior engineering experience is a plus, but not required
• Drive to succeed, passion to support a great guest experience, and willingness to be a crucial, reliable part of the evening hotel team
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Full time or part time hour availability; weekend availability is required
