Maintenance Engineer

Join InvitedHome as a Full-Time Maintenance Engineer supporting luxury private residences in Telluride, CO (onsite). You will help keep high-end homes running smoothly, with a focus on preventive maintenance, guest-ready presentation, and responsive support during after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections across luxury residences.
• Diagnose and repair BASIC plumbing and electrical, complete carpentry work, troubleshoot appliances and drywall, and resolve maintenance issues.
• Prepare homes for guest arrivals by ensuring every system is fully operational and presentation standards are met.
• Coordinate with specialty contractors and vendors when outside expertise is required.
• Handle seasonal property maintenance, including winterization and snow-related work.
• Maintain luxury home amenities such as hot tubs, fireplaces, smart home technology, audiovisual systems, and other featured features.
• Document completed work, inspections, and maintenance activities using company software.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and recommend equipment replacement as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential, hospitality, facilities, or luxury property maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining luxury homes or boutique hospitality properties preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
