Morning Hotel Maintenance Engineer

What you’ll do

• Maintain all areas of the hotel according to Sunridge standards by completing preventative maintenance and repairs as needed
• Provide value added service to customers by taking reasonable and possible steps to meet or exceed guest expectations
• Handle difficult situations effectively while maintaining a strong guest focus
• Understand and implement preventative maintenance practices
• Repair and maintain hotel and guestroom areas
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures and follow scheduled expectations, including arriving on time
• Follow hotel grooming and dress standards
• Minimize safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures
• Project a favorable image of Sunridge and the hotel to the public at all times
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors and or the General Manager

What we need from you

• Prior engineering experience is a plus, but it is not required
• Willingness to be a crucial, reliable part of the evening hotel team
• Full-time or part-time hours are available, with weekend availability required
• Must be available to work weekends
