Experienced Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction to structural project teams, ensuring quality outcomes and timely delivery.
• Manage and participate in client meetings to define project goals and maintain alignment with objectives.
• Oversee construction phase services with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff, supporting professional growth and ongoing learning.
• Contribute to business development with innovative design solutions and client-focused approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering from an accredited college or university.
• At least 6 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license in any state, with ability to obtain licenses in additional states as needed.

Compensation

• Salary: USD 110,000 per year
