Oversee on-site pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and start‑up of new gas turbine installations, prioritizing safety and efficient execution.
Identify and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and control system issues encountered during commissioning.
Conduct performance testing and system validation to verify adherence to design and operational requirements.
Develop comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and test procedures to maintain project timelines.
Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation and manuals to support smooth client handover.

Ability to independently lead and execute complex commissioning projects with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, investigative, and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
Proven ability to plan and manage project schedules, workflows, and QA/QC processes.
Collaborative approach to influence outcomes with stakeholders and mentor others through technical leadership.
