General Engineer Programmer

The JAAW Group LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a General Engineer Programmer to support the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron (1 SOCES) at Hurlburt Field. This onsite role centers on turning customer requirements into actionable project definitions for facility, infrastructure, and utility systems, while developing programs, solutions, and designs that guide implementation. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture and a minimum of five years of relevant experience are required, along with the ability to obtain a position of trust and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection and analysis to provide clear definition of project programming requirements.
• Support the development of programs, solutions, and designs for facility, infrastructure, and utility systems.
• Assist in assembling technical requirement packages, cost estimate inputs, and supporting documentation for project submissions.
• Utilize ADP and geospatial systems (GeoBase/GeoReach) to support mission objectives.
• Support the design and production of visual media products as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET- or NAAB-accredited program.
• Five or more years developing programs, solutions, and designs related to DoD/DoW or commercial facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems.
• Ability to obtain a position of trust (NACI/SF-85).
• U.S. citizenship is required.
