This role supports land development civil engineering and land surveying work in Florida, based onsite in Orlando. The position involves PE-led design, permitting coordination, project management activities, and construction administration for residential and commercial development projects.

Compensation: USD 150,000 - 160,000 per year
Role Summary
David Joseph & Company is seeking a full-time professional engineer (PE) in Florida (Kissimmee) to support land development civil engineering and land surveying projects. The scope includes land development site design, permitting coordination, project management, and construction administration across single-family, townhome, and multi-family as well as professional office and industrial or warehouse development types.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply land development site design analysis and oversee scheduling
- Manage financial and material resources for project delivery
- Lead internal teams and coordinate meetings and calls with clients and subconsultants
- Provide construction administration, including observation and certification
Required Experience and Technical Skills
- Single-family, townhome, and multi-family residential development project experience
- Professional office and industrial or warehouse development project experience
- Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
- Experience with paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utility design
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in civil engineering
- Florida professional engineer (PE) license
- Minimum 5 years of civil site and drainage design experience
- Proficiency producing construction plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D
