GTN Solutions LLC seeks a Lead Software Engineer onsite in Plano, TX, with a salary range of USD 150,000 to 160,000 per year.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack features using Node.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript, including architecture decisions, code reviews, testing strategies, and collaboration with backend services to ensure robust deliverables.
Build RESTful APIs and reusable React components, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and strong performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Provide architectural direction and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation, establishing standards for services, interfaces, and CI/CD integration.
Collaborate with design, product, QA, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into concrete technical plans and deliver on schedule.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through structured one-on-one coaching, code reviews, and career development support.
Own technical projects, define timelines, allocate resources, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

7+ years in software engineering with expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
2+ years with MongoDB/Redis and messaging systems such as Kafka or MQ.
Proficiency in Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB/Redis.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
In-depth knowledge of database design, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and unit and end-to-end testing.
Excellent communication and analytical skills to resolve issues and convey technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
