Responsibilities

• Design structured cabling systems for voice, data, video, and network infrastructure
• Develop A/V, access control, CCTV, and building automation system layouts
• Produce drawings, riser diagrams, details, and schedules using Revit and AutoCAD
• Plan and coordinate telecom rooms, pathways, conduit systems, and equipment arrangements
• Integrate low voltage systems into BIM models for coordinated design and construction
• Ensure code compliance and adherence to TIA, EIA, NEC, and related standards
• Support construction activities by reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years experience in low voltage, ICT, or structured cabling design
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
• Understanding of TIA and EIA cabling standards and industry best practices
• Familiarity with A/V systems, security infrastructure, and automation controls
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients and project teams
• RCDD certification preferred
• Focus on quality, coordination, and continuous improvement
