Job Description
Join Deloitte’s Engineering as a Service team to design, configure, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions for clients in a government delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online
- Modernize manual processes and improve operational efficiency through Power Platform implementations
- Translate business requirements into prioritized Agile backlog items and deliver functionality incrementally via sprint-based development
- Create implementation plans with timelines, milestones, and level-of-effort estimates
- Enhance existing solutions to meet evolving client needs
- Perform functional, performance, and end-user testing; validate data quality and transfer accuracy
- Support release, transition, and handoff activities to government-designated solution owners
- Develop user guidance and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot production issues, implement bug fixes, and deliver minor enhancements
- Support ongoing maintenance and sustainment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 1+ year(s) of hands-on development experience in Power Apps
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, or SharePoint Online
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Experience working in an Agile delivery model
- Experience supporting government clients
Preferred
- PL-100, PL-900, or PL-600 certification
- Additional experience supporting government clients

Location and compensation
- San Diego, CA (onsite)
- Salary range: USD 88,600 - 147,600 per year
Individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California: Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the current range ($88,600 to $147,600) and may offer a discretionary annual incentive program based on applicable rules, including individual and organizational performance.
