Product Design and Testing Engineer

The Product Design and Testing Engineer will drive EMI/RFI filter products from concept through production, performing hands-on testing, lab validation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine EMI/RFI filter products—from idea to prototype to full production
• Create and execute hands-on test plans (spectrum analyzers, VNA, and real lab work)
• Analyze performance data (insertion loss, attenuation, etc.) and validate product performance
• Support certification and compliance testing for customer and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with Operations to improve products and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to meet project goals
• Manage multiple projects while balancing timelines, quality, and business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product design, testing, or related area (internships count)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, curious mindset
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Valid driver's license
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Comfortable working in both office and laboratory environments
