Project Civil Engineer 8+ Years of Experience

Powell CWM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Civil Engineer to lead the design and project management of infrastructure and roadway projects in the Kansas City region. This onsite role is based in Independence, Missouri, and emphasizes delivering solid civil designs along with effective project execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project scopes and deliverables while ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute in both project management and design tasks as part of the role.
• Provide strong leadership to meet deadlines and deliver functional, high-quality results.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Missouri and/or Kansas, or licensure that is readily obtained.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Proven experience in Residential Engineering Design or Roadway Engineering Design.
• Capability to perform both Project Management and Design duties.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional, functional results.
• Skill in cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, with an understanding of their needs and expectations.
• Experience collaborating with clients to develop project scopes and deliverables to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
