This role benchmarks developer experience, delivering interactive and accessible documentation while collaborating with engineers, SDK teams, and product partners to shape strategy and content initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously improve the Developer Relations Portal in line with engineering standards and best practices.
- Steer feature design, planning, and delivery, translating work into clear, actionable tasks for the team.

- Act as the team’s technical representative in discussions and decision-making sessions such as discovery.
- Diagnose and resolve issues spanning CI/CD pipelines and production systems.
- Hold end-to-end ownership of the documentation platform, covering architecture, UX, and roadmap, benchmarked to industry norms.
- Create interactive, accessible documentation experiences, including code samples, API explorers, tutorials, and video content.
- Develop templates, tooling, and contribution guides to enable scalable documentation across squads.
- Publish high-impact developer resources such as guides, tutorials, and video walkthroughs.
