Summary

Senior Developer and Tech Lead for Python AI native engineers, operating in a remote or hybrid setup, with 8 to 10 years of experience. You will steer AI native development, Spec-Driven Development, and the establishment of engineering standards across teams to drive consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product delivery using AI-native approaches and SDD based development models
• Convert product requirements into well defined specifications that guide automated and AI assisted implementation
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, including spec driven workflows, automation first design, and AI assisted coding
• Increase team productivity by introducing scalable development patterns and tooling
• Lead rapid iteration cycles while preserving quality and system reliability
• Mentor engineers in adopting AI assisted development workflows and modern engineering practices
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders in high ambiguity environments

Requirements

• 8+ years of robust software engineering experience, with recent exposure to Tech Lead or equivalent leadership responsibilities
• Hands-on experience in AI native development environments, including AI copilots, code generation, or LLM powered workflows
• Proven capability working with Spec Driven Development or similar structured execution models
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable engineering practices
• Experience with automation first engineering, covering CI/CD, testing, and workflow automation
• Ability to operate effectively in fast paced, startup-like environments with high ownership
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to balance speed and quality
• Deep expertise in Python, backend development, APIs, automation, and scalable architectures, with hands on experience in FastAPI, Django, and Flask
