Senior Electrical Engineer

Creare seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, integrate, and lead complex electrical systems for space, military, and lab environments at its onsite Hanover, NH location.

Responsibilities

• Architect and integrate advanced electrical systems for mission-critical applications in space, defense, and laboratory settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute technical expertise to proposals and customer discussions to support business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
• Ensure designs meet applicable military or aerospace standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in business development and program management, ideally in defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
• Strong proficiency in system integration, testing, and qualification processes.
• Familiarity with aerospace and defense standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
