Senior Electrical Engineer - Substation

FindTalent is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer - Substation for an onsite role in Kittery, ME.

Responsibilities

• Develop substation layouts and associated electrical system designs
• Support installation activities for substation equipment
• Perform testing of substation equipment to confirm performance
• Conduct maintenance on substation equipment as required
• Troubleshoot substation issues and identify effective corrective actions
• Coordinate with engineers and technicians to maintain smooth and reliable substation operation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• 7+ years of experience working in a substation environment
• Strong working knowledge of substation design, protection and control, and electrical engineering
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred
