Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Three Point Solutions, Inc. invites a senior embedded software engineer to join on a contract basis in an onsite role in Torrance, California. The position emphasizes GNSS navigation systems, with responsibilities spanning design, development, testing, and optimization of embedded software in C/C++, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize embedded software solutions for GNSS navigation systems.
• Create and implement complex GNSS navigation algorithms and estimation techniques using C and C++.
• Produce engineering designs, technical specifications, validation plans, and comprehensive software documentation.
• Conduct software testing, perform peer reviews, debug, and drive continuous improvement of embedded systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues and deliver high-quality software features.
• Develop engineering standards and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project planning, risk management, and technical execution across the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to process improvements, engineering innovation, and established embedded software best practices.
