Job Description

Press Ganey is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Provo, UT onsite to lead AI-native workflow feature development for the Hyperlift Stars Platform, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 130,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Steer the design, implementation, and rollout of complex features within an AI-enabled workflow for the Hyperlift Stars Platform.
  • Set technical direction and provide architectural guidance to the team.
  • Define how AI tooling is applied to improve reliability, efficiency, and user value across the lifecycle of data-intensive software systems.
  • Act as a trusted technical lead, making sound design decisions and guiding the team to meet deadlines amid shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable systems with minimal supervision.
  • Experience operating at a Senior Software Engineer level, including mentoring peers, leading design discussions, and setting technical direction.
  • Strong appetite for learning new technologies and evaluating viable solution options.
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery under changing priorities.
