Salary: USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, launch, and ongoing support of low voltage power distribution, monitoring, and switching products, including UL 891 family, with annual production valued at over $1B
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and support teams to capture current and future electrical and power needs, rack roadmaps, and new data center designs
• Translate insights into specific product requirements, articulate a clear product vision, and own the development roadmap for key segments of the data center electrical infrastructure
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to build compelling business cases, establish prioritization, and define budgets and resources necessary to execute roadmaps
• Drive continuous improvements in data center electrical designs and communicate technical direction to senior management
• Own the full product lifecycle from idea to implementation, deployment at scale, and eventual sunset
• Develop features and deployment strategies to improve profitability and expand into new applications and use cases
• Operate autonomously in high pressure environments, engaging with leaders at all levels and guiding decisions in ambiguous situations
• Own the roadmap for low voltage distribution products designed for Amazon data centers
• Continuously engage with internal and external Amazon customers and support teams to capture today’s needs and anticipate future requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
• Experience drafting business requirement documents for new products, development proposals, process improvements, or product roadmaps
• Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• 7+ years in product, program, and/or technical leadership for large scale strategic initiatives
• 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following electrical equipment types: Low Voltage Switchgear/Switchboards, Power Distribution Cabinets/Units, Remote Power Panels, Busduct and Tap-Off Boxes, and/or Electrical Controls
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or MBA or related field from an accredited university
