Software Engineer Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is recruiting an existing Software Engineer Analyst - AI Trainer to support AI model training through code problem development, evaluation, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a range of coding problems used to train AI systems
• Produce high-quality code snippets
• Write detailed explanations for the coding solutions
• Review AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that informs improvements to next-generation AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, Swift
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
